Rehearsal and showcase information
We are excited you will be performing at the All Hallows' Eve Autumn Showcase this weekend. Our newly structured showcase is all about featuring the hard work of our dancers. Not only will you have the opportunity to shine, but we have some special things planned to highlight you and even some fun activities for your guests.
Dress rehearsal
Friday, October 23rd
6:30 PM
Performers only. Closed rehearsal.
- A draft of the program will be at the reception counter. Be sure to check the spelling of your name for accuracy before the final print.
- We will do a full run of the showcase with lighting. There will be no stops or breaks, and the rehearsal will run as if it were actual showtime. This gives all dancers an idea of how the event will flow and what to expect on showcase night.
- Full costuming is strongly recommended, especially if you are changing costumes for different numbers.
- Final bow choreography will be rehearsed with the entire group.
- We encourage all participants to attend the full rehearsal to cheer on your fellow performers.
All Hallows' Eve Showcase
Saturday, October 24th
5:30 PM
Performer check-in
- 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Studio will be open, but space is very limited. Please call our front desk for availability.
- 5:30 PM
Performer check-in and access to the Green Room (performers' room) for warm-up and costume prep. Men's and women's change rooms will be set up. As space is limited, the Green Room is for performers only; guests are not allowed. All guests of the performers are welcome to enter the main ballroom at 6:00 PM when the event begins.
- 6:00 PM
Doors open for all general admission ticket holders.
- 6:15 PM
All performers meet in the Green Room for a pre-show pep talk.
- 6:30 PM
Showcase begins.
- 8:00 PM
Showcase concludes and All Hallows' Eve activities begin.
- 10:00 PM
Event concludes.
